Build, develop and execute basketball skills programs for players of all ages. I lead multiple team training sessions, one on one sessions, and full week elite skills camps.

Orangetheory Fitness is a unique fitness studio franchise. The Orangetheory workout is broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training, using a variety of equipment; each participant wears a heart-rate monitor and your maximum heart rate and training zone is displayed on screens in the studio. This serves as a motivational tool and tool for the instructor to gauge your exertion.In my role with Orangetheory, I am responsible for national franchise development for Canada. This process involves qualifying and working with franchise candidates, supporting them in the initial stages of the process, and ensuring they have the tools to be successful. This includes:• Handling preliminary inquiries from prospective franchise candidates• Qualifying potential franchisees, and implementing the franchise development process• Supporting full cycle marketing and recruitment endeavours across Canada to share the opportunity and vision to potential studio owners• Responsible for real estate selection including preliminary guidance of site selection and LOI negotiation. • Have awarded over 155 franchise licenses. Successfully reviewed and approved over 100 leases

Was part of the executive committee, also fully responsible for all lead generation activities as well as all steps in selling new restaurant franchises. Including attending all trade shows, hosting seminars and advertising new market opportunities
