As a Portfolio Advisor to the Air Force Civil Engineering Center, I am responsible for portfolio management of privatized housing from an operational and financial performance perspective. My responsibility includes oversight of 3,415 housing units located at Tinker AFB, OK, Fairfield AFB, WA, Travis AFB, CA and Dover AFB, DE - a portfolio totaling approximately $640 million in development costs. I am actively involved with the U.S. Air Force Portfolio Manager, project owner, lockbox agent and property managers in order to facilitate the sustainability of these military installations’ family housing assets.

Working with a range of corporate and non-profit clients to analyze commercial real estate options. Consulting projects have included; acquisition and disposition valuations, established operational performance metrics, evaluated sustainable capital improvements options, multifamily development, office and retail valuations for acquisitions.

While at the Atlanta Housing Authority, I determined rents for 70 mixed income-mixed financed multifamily properties. Conducted cash flow analysis and DCF valuations on multiple affordable and market rate apartment communities. Prepared demographic spatial analysis utilizing ArcGIS that assisted senior management with business decisions. Championed sustainability for AHA's Revitalized Communities and developed a pilot strategy for a green capital improvement program.

Prepared DCF and IRR valuations for office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties. Assisted brokers with lease comparative cash flow analysis, sale lease buyback analysis, market research, and corporate space utilization.

Prepared client land market surveys and development budget models for a medial office development project. Assisted in the selection of architects and contractors and prepared applications for rezoning.
