Work with NHS Trusts advising them of IT infrastructure and desktop requirements for each user responsibility to enable migration to NHS Shared Business Services.Assist local IT departments in the planning of the testing of connectivity and infrastructure.Handling technical queries relating to pre-go-live IT readiness including connectivity.Responsibility for completing the IT readiness checklist for each NHS Trust in preparation for Go Assessment meetings and handover to BAU activities to NHS Shared Business Services IT.Produce high-level process documentation to be agreed by the SBS and the migrating organisations.Maintain process Migration Milestones to highlight the status of key milestones and prepare a regular status report for the Project Manager.Document risks and issues throughout the project, and propose solutions to minimise/ eliminate these.
