Responsibilities• Confer with clients to determine their specific remodeling requirements, and create correlating notes.• Engage lead carpenter in conversation to discuss the various ways in which remodeling projects can be expedited.• Create and present cost estimates for remodeling work, ensuring that clients’ budgets are kept in mind.• Obtain approvals from clients, and make arrangements to begin remodeling projects, by acquiring materials, equipment, and labor.• Plan all phases of the remodeling project from conception to completion, ensuring that each project modules is overseen properly.• Prepare timetables, to present clients with information on project timelines.• Interact with other professionals such as designers and engineers, to obtain detailed information about the remodeling project.• Instruct workers to perform remodeling work, including handling light plumbing and electrical work, and installing windows and doors.• Assist workers with complex remodeling work, such as installing pergolas and false ceilings.• Create and maintain logs of all work activities, and their timelines, and ensure that clients are kept up to date about the progress of their projects.

Primary functions are to conduct and direct all phases of the company’s proposal process in response to various federal, state and local government and commercial solicitations. As a key member of the Management Team, this position is responsible for development and implementing a marketing and communications strategy.• Conduct and oversee all proposal activities, including directing proposal personnel, managing proposal schedules and deadlines• Develop proposal outline and compliance matrix, and monitoring the progress of the proposal. • Set goals, monitors work and evaluates results to ensure that department objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization Business Development• Manage the capture process of a contract opportunity to award• Participate in the development and review of proposal strategies and themes and manage the development of a Proposal Management Plan (PMP)• Assist in analyzing the RFP/bid requirements against the proposal outline to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the customer’s issues and needs• Conduct regular proposal progress status meetings and maintain the proposal schedule• Direct departments and subordinates in all proposal development and production activities• Help position the company to be competitive in the marketplace by conducting and overseeing various organizational and quality certifications• Develop processes, procedures, and plansMarketing• Assists in developing the department’s strategic plan, which addresses critical issues in the marketing and communications area. The plan will set out objectives for each strategic area of the department and outlines plans for achieving those objectives.• Develops a marketing strategy that effectively markets the organization and educates the public in terms of issues and maximizes the organization's fundraising efforts.

Marketing/Business Development - Oversee all marketing and Business Development activities. Develop, manage and execute marketing strategies and plans, evaluate market conditions and recommends policy changes. Administration - Direct, organize, and arrange administrative support functions for the company. These functions include, but not limited to, clerical support, mail support, publications, supply or equipment purchases, general office administration policy and procedures, accommodations, and contracts for outside services.Customer Relations: - Manage and maintain relationship with current or potential customers. Maintains communication between company and customers, handle questions and inquires, conducts meeting and prepares materials and briefing.• Stay abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjust plans accordingly. • Identifies potential business opportunities and develops proposals.• Create brochures and marketing collateral.• Create and maintain company website/domain.• Design show booth and keep graphics up to date.• Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit. • Create and conduct proposal presentations to new and existing customers on our services and company.
