My role for the past 3 years has been the Project Lead for the successful installation of a new Leasing System for IGF A/NZ. This included implementation of System, Processes, Controls and Contracts working with multiple countries and functions including Sales, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Credit and Operations. My role also includes business simplification and consultation to other IGF countries on best practices

My role as Portfolio Manager required me to achieve sales targets relating to assets that had come to expiry on lease with our clients. I managed all client sales, negotiations, and disputes to achieve the desired outcomes for both IGF and the Client.

My role was managing operations for the Australia and New Zealand IBM Leasing Company. I managed a team locally as well as multiple outsourced teams in Malaysia. I was required to oversee contract creation and inception, supplier payments, process improvement, controls, audit, people management and development. The role required me to work with multiple business units including Sales, Accounting, Legal, Credit, Pricing, Systems, Tax and HR.

As team leader of Operations I was the subject matter expert in relation to all back end processes once a sale had been made, and to mentor new and existing team members to increase their skills and productivity in relation to Leasing principles, pricing, contracts, suppliers, controls and reconciliation. Two major projects I was involved in was the outsourcing of local operations roles to Japan and then Malaysia.
