As Chair of the Washington State Association of Local Public Health Officials, led efforts to write and pass legislation establishing the Foundational Public Health Fund for $22 million in continuing state funding, specifically negotiating local piece that provided $500K per year. Achieved 50% reduction in inspection field time.
