Maintained a very complex PHP/MySQL app that allows newly hired employees to submit their information and signatures in any of thousands of dynamically generated legal forms online, for use in background checks, i9 employment eligibility, etc.Added features, diagnosed and fixed bugs, gave code reviews to other engineers, refactored, unit tested, improved database schemas.Improved XML to HTML to PDF transformation, eSignatures, form and formset controllers, UTF-8 support in DOM and MySQL, and various new-hire information management tools.

In 2013 we developed 5 large new marketing websites with a 3rd party. My QA engineer partner and I were the only Mozy engineers on the project. While balancing other duties and projects, I kept in touch and made sure that the 3rd party delivered what they promised. When they fell behind, I finished the most critical pieces of the project myself and ensured that our launch still went smoothly.
