Growing up at The Racquet Club of Memphis led me to the Big Ten at Michigan State where I was blessed to be recruited onto the Spartan Tennis Team where we traveled throughout the US and Big Ten competing at the highest level. From there, the work ethic, integrity, teamwork and leadership skills learned at MSU Hospitality Business program assisted in my career in Hospitality that ranged from Country Clubs, Athletic Clubs, City Clubs, Golf Clubs to one of the largest beer parks and music venues.Everything that was experienced was applied to the ever-growing insurance industry where I have been fortunate to join the largest private benefits company in North America with American Income Life and parent company Globe Life. Back in the Country Club industry, the Club Managers Association of America provides the most opportunity and leads the hospitality industry with continued education and access to the top leaders.Culture is everything in business, family, friends and relationships. Club managers are the best leaders who share their knowledge, experience, journey, tools, resources and senses of humor!!
