I am proud to be applying my years of experience in the Sport, Health and fitness industry to clients who are ready to streamline, grow and develop their own businesses. I put myself into their business, take stock of where they are currently at, find out about what they want to achieve and then help them strategise how to do it. I also look at any areas within their markets that they are not currently capitalising on and come up with a strategy on how they can tap into these new markets.

Managing Director of a dynamic sports marketing agency. My role was to grow and develop the business with a diverse team to fulfil clients needs. I developed a new culture within the agency that demanded high performance and high enjoyment. With such a dynamic remote working team I created a strategy that allowed people to thrive individually while still feeling part of a close dependable team. I mapped out clear targets for the year ahead and developed strategy to support meeting these.

I was owner operator of an incredibly dynamic and inspiring facility. I worked with and lead a team of fantastic coaches to deliver and develop a truly unique fitness concept. This grew and after developing relationships with global brands, bringing free exercise to over 6000 people in the UK and navigating closures through lock down periods I left the business in a fantastic position to continue to grow and thrive.I am incredibly proud of the work done at The FLY Project and still hold it very close to my heart.

Health and wellbeing advisor and fitness manager. I helped roll out the launch of the Health and well being membership across Scotland. I liased with clinicians and senior management on the roll out of the new membership and enjoyed working with members on a daily basis. During this time I was in the top 10% performing personal trainers across the whole company in the UK and took on the role of RLSS NPLQ trainer and assessor for Glasgow and the central belt.
