Role includes:• Financial management of 11 printing sites, 2 distribution warehouses & the national logistics network.• Creation of Information Memorandum for sale of division & presentations to prospective buyers.• Successful completion of Due Diligence process for business sale.• Creating & implementation of strategic plans for division. • Management of annual budgets, cash flow & profit forecasting. • Senior member of printing and distribution and finance ELT.• Analysis of results and trading conditions for inclusion in monthly board reporting. • Working with outsource partners TCS (Subject matter expert for divisions financial accounting). • Managing finance team & outsource partners to deliver reconciliations and reporting period deliverables (11 direct reports).• Member of key contract negotiation team.• Develop and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.• Review of KPI data to support business in optimising efficiencies and reporting issues.• Capital expenditure decision making.• Subject matter expert of the Finance_ SAP security and system redesign project teams.• Management of division to comply and liaise with internal and external auditors. • Presentation of financial performance and trading conditions to company CEO & CFO.• Business partnering with Group Director and plant managers to optimise efficient operations of each plant.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS• Completion of 5 year strategic plans for inclusion in Information Memorandum re sale of division.• Carried out due diligence function for business sale questions • Member of negotiating team for sale of division.• Separation of New Zealand business from operations to allow for sale.• Novation of all key supplier contracts to new entities
