Role includes:* Financial management of 3 printing sites 2 distribution warehouses & national logistics network.* Preparation of annual budgets, cash flow & profit forecasting.* Create strategic plans to reduce expenses.* Maintain compliance with company guidelines and policies. * Subject matter expert SAP ERP system.* Preparation of financial reports with analysis of variances. * Review of KPI data to support business in optimising efficiencies and reporting issues.* Capital project preparation and presentation.* Member of the Finance_ SAP implementation team across other divisions at Fairfax Media including New Zealand.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS* Finance lead in transformation team that realised over $80 million savings p.a. re closure of 2 largest print sites in group to smaller efficient sites to offset volume decline, reduction of 400 FTE’s.* Integration of 3 printing plants into printing division as part of merger. * Transfer of 3 printing plants & National logistics network from PeopleSoft to SAP. * Working with senior finance team to design and implement a new costing methodology for internal products in move from profit centre to cost centre financial structure.
