The State Director is responsible for acquiring, retaining and growing high school endorsed shooting sport (trap) teams. This is accomplished through end-to-end execution of cultivating strong relationships between school officials, coaches, gun club managers and student athletes while embracing the League’s founding priorities, in order of importance, of safety, fun and marksmanship. I helped grow the league in NYS to more than 125 teams from public and private schools and led our annual NYS High School Clay Target League State Tournament for more than 1,700 student athletes in Bridgeport each June.
