Currently working with ISP's in designing and standing up new secured wireless network infrastructure for the Armed Force such as Air Force, Navy and Army at bases located Conus and International.

Responsible for the daily network operations for 35+ offices Worldwide which support the need of more than 2,000 employees. This includes maintenance and configuration of existing Cisco systems as well as the implementation of new systems.• Experience as a network engineer with a telecommunications equipment vendor, service provider and Data Centers• Experience and hands-on experience with TCP/IP as well IP routing protocols• Experience configuring and monitoring LAN/WAN equipment, including routers and switches• Hands-on experience with the following Cisco routing and switching platforms: 6500 series, Nexus 7k, 5k, and 2k.• Experience in traffic flow analysis, network management, network topology design, performance

Currently working on a contract in Amman, Jordan. Where the Project involved designing a network through Inmarsat (BGAN) Satellite system and Twisted pairs’ WAVE solution. -Supported the full system engineering life-cycle, requirement analysis, design, development, integration, test and implementation of a LAN/WAN network. -Supervise the installation, configuration and testing of proposed LAN/WAN environment.-Coordinated implementation and maintenance of networking components and project integration laboratory.-Interfaced as necessary with vendors to resolve system configuration issues, integration problems and other issues.-Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to provide required networking capabilities in support of overall solution.

•Project Lead of LAN/WLAN implementation at new customer site, responsibilities included: installation, configuration, acceptance testing, monitoring, and operation of distribution and access layer equipment servicing approximately 3300 employees.•Configured and Implement an Enterprise Secured WiFi Network •Create and maintain network topology and logical laver 2 network maps on local CWSI•Ensure LAN/WAN network connectivity, integrity, capacity, and performance through monitoring for link status, device errors, bandwidth utilization, excess collisions, CRCs, input/output rates, etc. and responding to NMC alarms reported via SNMP monitoring •Implement and maintain SNMP network management to all existing installed LAN devices•Provide LAN architecture and engineering support to include engineering change requests and compliance, HW/SW configuration, installation, maintenance and upgrades•Support over 700 users for Nortel PBX through status checking of all trunks to make sure there are no issues, maintain monthly spreadsheet of people leaving the company and disable their PBX and voice mail accounts, run monthly back-ups on the voice mail and PBX systems, address various wiring issues, maintain local telephone and cable inventories, and support Telecom vendors and local Facilities personnel•Provide VTC support by creating instruction/reference manual for each of two VTC rooms (different equipment on different networks), provide training •Support over 300 VOIP users through configuring Cisco CallManager attendant console, configure Cisco IP softphone, configure VOIP intergrated Applications, configure Dialing Plan, providing troubleshooting for CallManager, Network and Dialing Plan, and Unity Voice Mail Systems

•Perform real-time surveillance of all network elements and interfaces (i.e., partners, ICSs, LECs), execution of pre-planned restoration schemes. Monitor traffic conditions, control known or planned outages or mass calling events, effect real-time routing and/or control instructions to network elements and drive network trouble management activities•Responsible for testing and certifying new access points (POPs) and T1 circuits and modem interoperability testing against network access platform software•Work with Microsoft Office, TCP/IP, Cisco routers for common network access and link protocols, address, subnet.
