Negotiated and consulted with corporate officers and securities lawyers to submit financial disclosure documents, initial public offerings, tender-offers, annual & quarterly reports and proxy statements with the SEC; LA office grossed over $8 million in 2004. Selected to a beta test team which evaluated, graded and rolled out new policies, procedures and proprietary technologies. Placed on task-force team, which when called upon, traveled to other offices to facilitate and manage their large high-profile client’s projects.
