I carry over 25 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, focusing exclusively on tenant representation services. For the last 17 years I have been at CBRE Montreal, prior to which, I worked at Cushman & Wakefield in New York City.My expertise includes lease acquisitions, dispositions and auditing, as well as strategic development, implementation of occupancy cost reduction strategies and advanced lease renewals. My day-to-day mainly consists of market surveys and evaluation, space tours, proposal analyses, lease negotiations, transaction summaries, and leading global corporate accounts.My tendency to think outside the box and get things done, combined with being an active listener and problem solver, drive my track record of delivering impeccable results for my clients throughout all these years. I value teamwork and believe in combining skills, therefore; I always strive to leverage the CBRE platform and all its resources to best service my clients. I also have extensive experience within the aeronautics and aviation industries, including specialty flight training schools.
