Lead the JLR NA Remarketing team, which oversaw all aspects of the pre-owned business for the Jaguar Land Rover brands. Our team was responsible for providing a long-term strategy and guidance for the following areas: Vehicle Lifecycle ManagementCertified Pre-Owned Retail Sales PerformanceRetailer Engagement and Compliance with the brands' CPO ProgramsCPO.

Our sales group created customized indirect lease and finance programs, offered through the authorized Ferrari dealer network. In 2011, launched FerrariDirect and FerrariSelect direct-to-consumer financing programs for classic and collectible Ferrari owners.

Responsible for developing retail rate programs and pricing opportunities within the BMW dealer network, residual setting from a Sales Operations perspective, field communication of monthly sales programs and targeted initiatives, & project management for the internal pricing system.
