Currently managing Fleet operations for 63,000+ vehicles by providing guidance on all national programs, policies and procedures related to fleet maintenance in 72 vehicle maintenance facilities located in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Wisconsin and West Virginia.Oversee and manage all national budgetary and financial performance related information for Fleet operations. Develop all Fleet financial goals, including identification of long-term fiscal opportunities. Perform the most complex budget, financial, and performance analysis for 308 vehicle maintenance facilities covering 32 territories in seven regions nationally.Manage all facets of the development, preparation, allocation, implementation, and control of a national Fleet operating budget to support the achievement of overall goals and objectives. Including oversight and monitoring of Fleet operations fiscal performance, including the analysis of operating results to assess financial impact; identify undesirable fiscal trends; and recommending and implementing corrective measures.Manage the most complex finance projects, including the development of project plans; determination of systems, budgetary, and manpower requirements; establishment and monitoring of critical performance; and the preparation and presentation of final project results.Routinely provide technical advice, functional guidance, and policy interpretation on the full range of financial progress, policies, and systems; resolve the most complex and unique problem situations that affect Fleet operations nationally.
