Managed the majority of the Implementations and wrote core code and functionality for F.W.Davison and Company's product HRPyramid including the tax computation binding logic, and the beginning of the billing, Accounts Receivable and externalize Accounting posts. We assisted customers in their transition to ScorPEO and then HRPyramid as the primary contact during conversions, assisting clients with their very large change management processes and getting them to a base of success with their new technology stack.PrismHR was the next iteration of F.W.Davison and the roll up of needed assets in order to seek venture capital required that the Sunset Programming developed source code be acquired and rolled into the F.W.Davison and Company, Inc. code base. Sunset Programming, Inc. did an 'asset sale' of the source code and knowhow, and that sale included taking a role with what would become PrismHR to develop the skills of the newly hired and assist with growth.Upon leaving PrismHR, I restarted work under Sunset Programming, Inc. to find and solve new problems.

In my 'wrap up' role with PrismHR, I worked with the newest team members, managers and senior leadership in all areas of product, architecture and engineering in order to transition much of my knowledge of industry and product to those who would carry it forward. Spent much of my time assisting others to understand customer requests, and how best to determine the underlying problem the requests was trying to solve. My goal was to leave a group who could solve the complex problems, and hopefully leave behind a structure that would be successful going forward.

Boston / Metrowest Area

System Architect - Problem Solver - Disrupter. Worked to speed internal processes as a manager. Worked with tech people, and worked with customers in order to be able to solve tech problems (which needed to solve a customer problem!). All tasks were done with Product Management skills and focus to assure we were able to drive our market and force others to play catch up.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

In the move to PrismHR, the first task was the transfer of all skills and know-how in migrating customers from 3rd party products to the F.W.Davison HRPyramid (soon to be rebadged as PrismHR) platform. This role had several senior consultants reporting to me, and I trained them in my skills and knowledge. Once the team was up to a transition level, we brought in a new manager of the Professional Services group so I could move to other parts of the operations that needed my skills.
