With the added ability to 'see' processes as they exist, and how they should exist.While working with the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Payroll Processing/Services space, I have spent time allowing companies to de-complicate tasks so that users are more able to do work, without as much opportunity to inject problems doing routine tasks. This work has allowed our typical customer to increase productivity - some sites able to do tedious work in 20% of the original time scope with higher accuracy outcomes. This means they have more time to be in touch with their customers, increase sales - all while reducing re-work time and increase customer satisfaction.I also work with the sales and professional services teams on complex customers to assure that a fit exists (or can be made to exist!). Able to assist sales knowing that the 'process' is what customers want to improve - they want an outcome, software is only part of the solution to get there! Knowing that the customers want a result, and not a feature checklist, I have been able to assist by understanding the pressure points and how our products align to solve / remove / smooth issues they experience.I have a 'Process Brain' and tend to be attracted to the nearest 'big problem' that needs solving. Sometimes even when I'm not asked to fix it. I am not a match for every company's style, but a special fit for places that need things to happen - I just need the opening and authority to help teams make things work the way they should.
