I have 19+ years of restaurant experience, of which 14 of those years were in leadership positions. I have curated my experience in those roles to grow our teams, build leaders within the organization and institute a positive, welcoming and inclusive organizational culture. Hospitality is my driving force both personally and professionally. My commitment to community has led me to become President of the Durango Chapter of the Colorado Restaurant Association, where I was able to provide guidance and leadership to restaurants during the pandemic. That allowed me to work collaboratively with others in the private sector, but also build relationships in the public arena for the benefit of Durango's restaurant industry and the people employed therein.
