I supervised a team of certified peer specialists in a stand alone program. I also supervised a HUD funded supportive housing prgram. Was responsible for hiring/firing of Team Members. Provided support, direction, and motivation to the Team. I ensure the Team Members have the needed resources to accomplish the tasks of the job, including the ordering of supplies and the availability of training and other education opportunities.
