I led the Company through an extended period of significant change helping it to become an industry leader in the field of self adhesive labelstock manufacture and creating a sustainable culture of continuous improvement.Application of systems thinking methodology provided the basis of a significant transformation from loss making to consistent profitability.Introduction of leadership skills into all key areas produced a highly intrinsically motivated workforce able to rise to any challenge.The approach was ultimately "exported" successfully to a sister French company achieving similar results.
