I’ve increased consumer sales by 100% or $50,000 in a single day, after inspiring a writer to report on my client’s unique business in a major publication. I re-invented a promotional newsletter that quickly became an industry leader and collectible by its best customers. I’ve spent time on the “bleeding edge” promoting a pioneering video technology with consumer electronics leader JVC. While there was much blood spilled, there was invaluable learning about consumers and technology that plays well today in our hi-tech world.I volunteered to rebrand an adult Alzheimer’s daycare facility to a more friendly and interesting “Club for Folks with Memory Loss.” (The best work we do is often volunteer work because it can bring tremendous value without cost.)Recently, I have been applying my talent to communicating the power of America’s industrial sector. It's fascinating work as America looks to reshore its manufacturing, rebuild vital infrastructure and, in many cases, join the digital age.What I hear most from my clients is that they really like the way I communicate with their customers and that I’m a very quick study.
