Passion Spas is a new Brand of spas that I Introduced to the UK Market for Fonteyn who are the leading Distributers of Spas & Saunas in Europe with a dealer network of over 600 showrooms and HQ based in the Netherlands. I was approached by Fonteyn to establish the Brand in the UK. I was responsible for:• Setting up new Dealerships for the Passion Spas Range in UK. 30 brand new dealers now established in UK.• Providing new dealers with product and managed sales process training.• Setting up and managing sales teams at various Trade shows in France, Germany, Spain and UK as well as in County shows for retail to the public.• Account management, after sales care, sales, merchandising, marketing, promotions & P.R initiatives.• Organising and attending dealer visits to the Netherlands HQ to carry out presentations on the product range and showcase business opportunities within the dealer network.

One of the largest hot tub retail showrooms in the UK with a yearly turnover of 3 million pounds. I successfully grew business by over 180% within an impressive 3-year time frame. Through effective application of dynamic B2B, corporate and end user sales strategies I drove commercial and domestic sales to 500 units per year.I was responsible for:• General management, business development, sales administration, staff recruitment/training, customer care/follow-up, account management, credit control, stock/inventory control, sales initiatives, merchandising, marketing/promotions & P.R. initiatives.• Restructuring sales and marketing operations to optimise performance.• Launching an Internet E-catalogue marketing product instrumental in generating new revenue channels.
