Solution Architect for marketplaceThe Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace is a popular platform that allows customers to easily try, buy and provision a vast selection AWS technology partner software. As a Solutions Architect on this team I work with engineers, product teams and the AWS community to help shape and grow the range of software available on the AWS Marketplace. The role requires the ability to both think strategically about business and product priorities and dive deep into technical challenges.I own the technical engagement with strategic partners, ensuring that AWS partner products are architected and configured to AWS Marketplace technical specifications and mechanisms, and supporting the necessary requirements around areas such as security, packaging, configurability and deployment.

Technical responsibility for key MSP and Cloud partners within ANZ, the role meant understanding the partner’s business and how to create solutions based on their cloud platforms to drive incremental growth to the F5 business. Responsible for creating scope of works for consulting engagements, the role brings the challenge of understanding and interpreting the customer’s requirements into a detailed and accurate Scope of Works.Key accomplishments:• Establish new process to verify technical details and accuracy of SOW• Establish and build relationship with the sales team.• Become trusted by the sales team so they take services into their accounts and build service requirements into their deals.• Work with partners to create a co-delivery strategy and scope.
