Senior Intelligence Officer
The Army’s military intelligence office is responsible for all collected intelligence during Army missions. They provide essential information that is used to develop a useful plan of action on the battlefield. Specialized training: Imagery Intelligence - Collection and analysis of imagery using photogrammetry and terrain analysis.All-Source Intelligence - Performs collection management/surveillance/reconnaissance and provides advice.Counterintelligence - Provides coordination and participation in counterintelligence investigations, operations and production. Assist other department and agencies with developing proactive procedures to limit the spread of sensitive information. Human intelligence: Controlled collection operations and interviews.Signals intelligence/electronic warfare: Collects signal intelligence and engages in electronic warfare.All-source intelligence aviator: Performs duties as an aviator and participates in special electronic mission aircraft missions. JOB DUTIES:Command and coordinate the military intelligence Soldiers and combined armed forces Commanded 250+ soldiers in a combat setting in two different theaters of war (Iraq & Afghanistan) Assess risks associated with friendly/enemy courses of action and act to counter/neutralize intelligence threatsUse intelligence systems and data to reduce uncertainty for a commanderDirectly advised and consulted senior leadership with vital intelligence information to meet goals and requirements in hostile environments. Analyzed vast quantities of information to create meaningful reports and presentations. Communicated seamlessly between various organizations in high stress environments to meet time requirements and overall strategic goals. Experienced at operating in foreign environments with consideration for local customs and cultures of foreign locals and counter parts.Provide hands on training for soldiers, foreign and domesticConduct military operations in two theaters of war
