WELLBEING & HEALTH of Me & We, Place & Planet.David founded a Health Promotion Charity in 2011, who's initial work focused on the development and delivery of a youth mental health literacy initiative (SPOTA) that focused it's efforts on the Mornington Peninsula, one hour south of Melbourne, Australia. This foundational work now sees the organisation operate as the Wellbeing and Health Organisation (Australia) who initiated a 5-year systemic inquiry centred around education, mental health and placed-based systems change in 2018. The result of this inquiry includes co-creating and trials of the Wellbeings Program with UN Youth (Vic) Australia during the expended COVID lock downs in 2020 and 2021. These trials led to conceptualizing the Wellbeing and Health Alignment Model, that advances the Ecosocial Equilibrium / Dynamic Alignment theory. This emerging theory considers a living systems understanding and indigenous knowledge systems' ways of knowing, being and doing to align wellbeing and health. Dynamic Alignment, the alignment of beneficial and holistic flows of energy and information within and between the interdependent parts of a living system, and intra-inter competencies and contextual capabilities help activate the regenerative (vertical) and transformative (horizontal) development needed to navigate through and shift population-level fundamental beliefs on how to respond effectively to multiple complex personal, societal, ecological and planetary wellbeing and health conditions.REAL ESTATE - A family business: Together through property we're a force for good.David's real estate career began with one of Melbourne's leading Bayside franchise groups, where he quickly earned a reputation for excellence in the beachside and beachfront property markets, setting the standard for outstanding results and providing personalised professional service.
