I've led the end to end development of consumer packaging, ranging between $8MM - $80MM sales per initiative for a multitude of brands including: Hugo Boss, Gucci, D&G and Lacoste throughout a career at P&G and Coty. Within these, I managed the technical CPS, collaborating with a multi-functional global team and utilising technical mastery across glass, plastics and delivery systems to deliver complex packaging assemblies and introduce new to market innovative technologies across brands.
