• Was responsible for the success of digital initiatives & projects that are aligned with the growth platforms strategies & ambitions. Oversaw end-to-end value delivery considering business needs and facts to steer the digital strategy to be applied.

• Applied TOGAF and APQC to rebuild enterprise architecture. Analyzed business end-to-end value streams and identified critical pain points. Dig into data flows and relevant IT systems to find out solutions and then worked out business cases. • Acted as global principle leader to develop new global IT governance model. Focused on the domains of ‘agile and adaptive architecture’ and ‘manage change and realize benefit’. Was one of the major contributors to the design of IT operation maturity assessment and CIO dash-board.

• Was accountable for IT operation in Asia region covering 23 plants, 1 technical center and 2 offices in 6 countries. Chaired AP IT steering committee to finalize project priority and plan based on business strategy. Ensured successful rollout all key projects through close monitoring investment and delivery progress, including warehouse consolidation in Korea, new distribution center in Thailand, AGV for auto material replenishment at Malaysia, and CRM (Salesforce) solution implementation for regional sales team.

• Took lead IT activities from due diligence to glidepath, from proforma to provision, from risk assessment to mitigation in all M&A projects. Successfully migrated legacy systems, like SAP and MES, and applied standard services as much as possible for new acquired two companies in 2012 without any business interruption. Ensured flawless launch of new joint venture sites in GuangZhou, ChangSha and ChangChun from 2010 to 2011. • Was responsible for coaching and developing plant IT team, updating skill matrix and career path in regular basis, follow up for key talent development, successor plan and so on, always encouraged team to take lead and initiate new ideas.

• Spent 2.5 years to design MES system based on global standard manufacturing guidance, including Andon, e-KanBan, error proofing in various stations, auto invoked quality inspection lists, change over optimization, preventative maintenance and etc. The system became global standard solution in 2007 and deployed to all harness plants in China, Mexico and US afterwards. • Led 6 sigma black belt project. Analyzed value streams and key factors related to material planning, established multiple dimensions monitor and KPI, streamlined processes and ultimately achieved the goal of $2.2 million material inventory savings from 2007 to 2008. • Administrated 30+ servers including cluster servers which hosted key applications for the region. Achieved 99.999% availability from 2007 and 2008 with 0 data lost. Ensured timely patch distribution and antivirus update to 5,000+ PCs for security protection. Rolled out network monitoring tool and improved responsiveness to critical services significantly.

• Led a successful SAP implementation at GuangZhou plant from Sep 2004 to Jun 2005 • Developed warehouse management system by adding features to support FIFO, Min/Max inventory warning, cycle count and RFID which improved inventory accuracy and logistic team’s productivity. • Fixed bugs in HR attendance & payroll systems in 2003 and ensured new salary calculation method (big change for shop floor operator) to be launched successfully which offered strong technology support to new incentive program designed for production

• Took lead on plant level support for mobile phone packing system; assisted global team to upgrade the system to new version; worked closely with operation key stakeholders and provided 365x7x24 service to shop floor; achieved the goal of 0 record missing and less than 24 hours unplanned down time in year 2002• Designed and deployed single entry authorization system for all site level web applications, therefore each user could access multiple systems via one account, which significantly improved account management and user experience.

• Engaged in design and implementation for new plants and site expansion. Continuously optimize plant layout based on lean manufacturing requirements. Developed OA tools to help colleagues improve productivity.
