Responsible for Waterproof membrane business maintain & development of Electronic in North China

Tape business development in Mobile & Electronic Hardware device of North China, including XiaoMi /Lenovo/ ChinaMobile etc .

1.Set sales strategy of north china area, assure the business growth of Great China market.2.Respsonsible for the business development and key accounts management in Electronic、General and Auto Industry. Communicate with End-Customers (especial RD/ME Engineers)to promote Girswold Foam, give the technical support and solution for customer demand, in order to get new projects business(Spec-In). The main customers of Electronic market includes: MicroSoft /Foxconn (InFocus) /LeTV/XiaoMi/Jabil/Smartisan/Goertek etc. 3.The information collection and analyze of market、customer projects and competitors.4.Management of direct accounts (convertors/Die-cut manufacturer). Follow running projects status and keep projects share. Work with internal different teams to solve the problems quickly in customer side to assure the business satisfaction. 5.Develop and management of Distributors, work together to get more new projects business.6.Monthly work report and meeting with US headquarter, review running projects status 、new projects and competitors information.

Lead and coordinate India team & China factory to assure the business running smoothly. Work with Senior Sales Manager to seek and develop more opportunity in related business field.

Work with India team to maintain business relationship with local customers to assure sales increased .

--Process PO demand from customer side. Follow the production status closely after updating into ERP system to meet delivery time and quantity. Meanwhile coordinate with Material/Project /Quality departments to solve any suddent accidents quickly during manufacturing.--Monitor and control the stock of raw material & FG
