Certificated Six Sigma Black Belt; provide Six Sigma GB training and quality tools training in company. Coach Six Sigma GB for project deployment, follow up and achieved. Spread Six Sigma quality control and improvement method&culture in factory. Lead complex and multi-function improvement projects for excellent operation in factory level. From 11/2008, get TUV ISO9001: 2008 Certification, ISO9001 Internal Auditor in company.

Lead manufacturing process improvement project for product quality, production yield and manufacturing process improvement, optimize & develop manufacturing process. Drive manufacturing process standardization. Monitor and analyse production data for risk seeking and continuous improvement. Audit production line for manufacturing process working instruction implementation and validation. Renew and control the manufacturing process according to improvement results and analysis.
