He has represented companies in courts across the United States and before the International Trade Commission and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. David also has experience with litigation in Europe and Asia.David regularly travels across the United States and Asia to work with clients. He is a fluent Chinese speaker. David obtained a degree in EECS and worked in industry for several years before attending law school.
