Professor of Military Science responsible for the supervision and mission accomplishment of the ROTC program consisting of 125 cadets and 11 staff members with an operating budget and battalion resources of $1,500,000. Primarily responsible for recruiting, retaining, selecting, training, and commissioning future officer leadership of the U.S. Army. Serve as the academic department chairperson. Responsible for the management control program, cadet contracts, pay entitlements, budget and unit funds.

Served as a divisional level planner in Iraq (2003-2004) responsible for the planning and coordination of the Commanding General's guidance and direction. Served as a battalion operations officer and executive officer responsible for the planning, training, resourcing, and administration of a unit of 350 personnel and associated equipment including combat operations in Iraq (2005-2006). Served as the fire support coordinator for the Commanding General in the execution of operations in Iraq (2007-2009).

Operations Officer for the USMA Corps of Cadets at West Point during the Bicentennial Year. Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing operations for an organization consisting of 4000 Cadets, 197 military and 176 civilian personnel. This included numerous high visibility ceremonies and events to include visit by the President of the United States, international dignitaries, members of U.S. Senate and Congress, the leadership of the U.S. Army, and several National personalities.

Primary leader developer at West Point responsible for integrating and coordinating academic, military, physical, and moral-ethical programs for a company of 125 Cadets. Includes creating a positive and balanced command environment to support intellectual development, broad basic military education, promotion of high standards of physical fitness, and inspiring continued professional growth in preparation for a career as an Army Officer. Responsible for presenting over 300 hours of formal and informal instruction annually.

Commander of an organization consisting of 193 personnel and equipment valuing at $12.5 million. Responsible for all aspects of readiness to include planning, training, coordination, and resourcing for the unit. Readiness includes the maintenance and accountability of 63 vehicles and associated equipment. Administration included the findings and outcomes administered in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Overall welfare and quality of life includes the support and readiness of 115 families. Operations extended into Bosnia and Hungary in support of stabilization operations.
