I am a IT Project Delivery Manager and I specialised in Web Content Management (WCM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM). In the past 13 years, I have led many different WCM and ECM implementation projects in different parts of Asia and Australia. I understand organisation's needs to have a WCM that caters to business changes, the business's need to expand and grow, the IT department need to manage cost and the employees' need to have a way to manage their knowledge.Each WCM/ECM project is different, as each company is different; having its unique needs and circumstances. I am well placed to help understand their need, and am in touch with the technology in the the WCM whole to help them make sense out of the solutions. I worked with many different WCM solutions, from the traditional Big WCM stronghold like Oracle WebCenter and IBM WebSphere, to the new and emerging leaders like Adobe Experience Manager and SiteCore, even worked with opensourced like Drupal. Each of these have a place in different organisation and could work for them if managed efficiently.I have lead projects where I played the role of Solution Architect where I helped to shape the solution, I have been delivery lead which I managed all aspect of delivery and reporting to client and stakeholders.
