Responsibilities:Architect and develop API integrations between Task Retail’s core systems and existing salesforce clientele. Architect Photoshop and XD designs from our creative department in Australia into highly functional websites utilizing our core product endpoints.Achievements:1. Through meeting with client stakeholders, I conceived and developed a store manager and questionnaire app which used scheduled batch apex to pull POS sales summary data into a force.com licensing model allowing store level visibility into their daily operating activities. I provided focused communication through a customized chatter and assignable questionnaires with rated metrics.2. Used fabricjs to create a responsive micro-site which allowed customers to upload, crop, and share a photo on facebook and twitter while automatically applying overlay presets to the photo. Since launched, the site received over 100k hits.

Responsibilities: Architect, develop, and maintain managed packaged applications on the Salesforce platform that integrate and compliment Linvio’s core payment processing package, “PaymentConnect”. Architect and develop professional services solutions when necessary to tightly integrate our managed products into a company’s unorthodox workflow. Achievements:1. Created a two-way API integration from Salesforce to Shipstation to allow the immediate creation and syncing of a closed/won opportunity with products into Shipstation. With timely shipment tracking information being sync’d back to Salesforce, sales teams can monitor their customer’s orders and use native Salesforce functionality to update a customer automatically as an order is shipped.2. Created an automated recurring billing and invoicing system allowing an account to have multiple billing frequencies on a product-by-product basis with pro-rating. Billing was done through Rest API callouts to Paypal having Invoices created via batch apex interfacing with FinancialForce.

System integration with Salesforce, Netsuite OpenAir, Marketo, and Intacct to Kyriba's global workforce in San Diego, New York, Paris, London, Tokyo.

Responsibilities: Consulted, customized, and trained staff on Salesforce to address current organizational obstacles.Achievements:1. Proposed and executed an organizational structure overhaul using a customized Salesforce which has allowed Sonsurf to target their supporters through multi-tiered campaigns with year-end quantifiable results relating directly to their mission.2. Worked to develop a customized Force.com app requiring Apex triggers and custom VisualForce controllers within the same organization that runs their subsidiary surf school. This has allowed Sonsurf to monitor and quantify their subsidiary projects on a national level and execute more precise campaigns. These achievements made Sonsurf into a cohesive transferable network of motivated supporters.

Responsibilities: Implemented and managed all technical solutions, personnel, and contractors; stateside and Ugandan.Achievements:1. Conceptualized, built, and trained a customized 30+ user Salesforce solution for a roadie nationwide tour with money deposit management requiring Apex triggers within a two month deadline.2. In Uganda I worked with a university data analyst and project engineers to custom build a construction monitoring app on the Force.com platform. The app was used for accountability and validation of contractors implementing hundreds of thousands of dollars in awarded projects from Invisible Children’s “schools for schools” fundraisers.3. Worked with consultants and film editors to create and implement a scalable 12 person Final Cut film production workflow with failover redundancy and backups using Apple XSAN architecture.4. Built and supported a stable redundant USA/Ugandan multi-site 180+ Active Directory network with multinational VPNs, and user level bandwidth management. Obstacles included unstable power, strict budget constraints, unstable slow internet speeds, cultural differences, and non-technical staff.These achievements created the organizational backbone needed to allow Invisible Children to quickly and effectively foster and mobilize supporters toward targeted campaigns over the years. This eventually led to what is arguably the most controversial and viral video ever released: Kony 2012.

Responsibilities: Provided in-depth knowledge of technical concepts, practices and procedures to direct clientele on how to scale their IT infrastructure to meet their business goals cost effectively. I Implemented and maintained this technology in a timely manner keeping networks understandable and transferrable. Technologies included:-Exchange server-Sonicwall Firewalls-Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy deployments-VPN and Terminal Server-SQL Server-Cisco Pix-OSX-Backup Strategies

Responsibilities: Supported clientele in all network planning and infrastructure. I specialized in planning scalable business network infrastructure focusing on secure remote access for non-technical users.

Responsibilities: Set up and administered NT and LINUX servers to support software simulation design users, and host government contract web and FTP sites. Special Project: MTVR Marine Corp Software Training Facility: Camp Lejeune, North Carolina- Setup and deployed a multi-classroom 400+ user Win2k active directory TCP/IP network. - Trained MTVR system administrator on administrating practices, upkeep, and troubleshooting possible anomalies.
