In my family, we have a saying: “You can only build your pyramid of life as high as the base is wide”. My life has focused on exactly this - cultivating real-life skills from a diverse range of industries, geographies, cultures and experiences that empower me to executive with thoughtful intention, genuine sincerity and refreshing creativity. As the Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Analytica, one of the world’s leading and most respected geopolitical and macroeconomic analysis and advisory companies, I have led the company through a decade of transformation all while extending Oxford Analytica’s best-in-class brand, reinforcing its underpinning purpose and values, and creating an innovative culture. In addition to Oxford Analytica’s core Geopolitical SaaS platform and a growing Advisory Practice , we convene senior executives and policy-makers around the world to foster conversation on the pivotal issues facing businesses, governments and society.In building a bedrock for growth, I spearheaded the merger with FiscalNote (2021) (IPO 2022 NYSE:NOTE). Oxford Analytica proudly stands as the central pillar to FiscalNote’s Global Intelligence business line, working in conjunction with a portfolio of prominent business strategy, security and technology businesses to support over 1000 of the world's leading multinational companies, multilateral organizations and governments. Prior to my time at Oxford Analytica, I worked across the sectors of international security, technology, and emerging market development as a management consultant, as the European Director for a US-based, Africa-focused not-for-profit and at Canopy, a joint venture of Atos, EMC2 and VMWare, where I advised senior executives across a variety of industries how best to leverage emerging technologies to achieve strategic objectives. I have co-founded a cloud-based, mobile payment company and a boutique due diligence firm, am a Trustee of The Committee for Economic Development of The Conference Board where I sit on the Education Committee and Women in Corporate Leadership Committee, am an Advisory Board member of the FiscalNote Executive Institute, a member of The Council on Foreign Relations, and advise multiple early-stage organizations. Academically, I have BA in Government from The College of William and Mary (where I competed as a NCAA Division I tennis player), a MA in Intelligence and International Security from King’s College, University of London, and a MBA from the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University.
