As Senior Fellow, I support Broadway's work on nature market policy and governance, working with business, governments, and the environment and finance sectors to scale up high integrity environmental markets across the UK.I was a co-author of State of UK Nature Markets 2023 report, and the lead author of the Financing Nature Recovery UK Roadmap and Recommendations (2022).

I work with Keypoint Law's Consulting Principals on a range of commercial and regulatory matters in Australia, in particular clean energy development, essential services regulation, competition and privacy law.

As a member of a small team of commercial lawyers, I worked on a diverse range of commercial and regulatory matters, including corporate transactions, employee share plans, competition and regulatory compliance, privacy law and energy market regulation.

I established and led the Energy Division supporting the Commission as the independent regulator of the energy industry in Victoria.I led major inquiries into energy hardship and distributed energy resulting in significant changes to legislation and industry regulations, and developed the Victorian Energy Market Report as an independent public source of information on the structure, conduct and performance of the industry.

I led the strategic and financial turnaround of the Docklands Project in partnership with the City of Melbourne, including re-negotiating public and private finance for development after the GFC.I was responsible for major Infrastructure planning and delivery, including working with housing associations to leverage public funding to increase the supply of social housing.I oversaw a team of architects and urban designers leading product innovation and development including accelerating sustainable housing development.

I was a founding Executive Director with leadership responsibilities including negotiation with the European Commission on the design of the Rural Development Program for England (RDPE), production of the first State of the Natural Environment Report for England, and advising Government on climate change adaptation in the Climate Change Act (2008). Chair of Investment Board with functional responsibilities including Corporate Strategy, Business Planning and Organisational Development.

Leadership of the Division responsible for Australia's World and National Heritage protection under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act.

As Board Member and CEO, I led the strategic transformation of the Authority to advise and support the development of Victoria's clean energy policies and programs, including: 5 Star Energy Efficiency Standards for new homes; Wind Energy Policy and Planning Guidelines; the Victorian Wind Atlas; economic modelling for the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target, the Black Balloons and GreenPower campaigns, PV and solar hot water rebate schemes. I was also chair of Australia's first National Framework for Energy Efficiency.
