Service delivery & support for the AG group, user support, introducing new & updated technologies offered by the service providers whilst managing the wind down of assets and services commensurate with the organisations strategy. These reductions included staff services, laptops/desktops, printers and data centre management related to the downsizing. Responsibility included being the designated BCP/DR manager, responsible for end to end process and documentation.

Responsible for DR/BCP IT procedures and testing along with data centre management, both hands on and cost saving. Also implemented communication services for a number of contract companies servicing the organisation. Historically, I have been involved in many high profile global and local projects related to networks and office integration.

Now released from service and available from end June, 2018. A fantastic employment and lots learnt.
