I was first introduced to the Corruption on May 23, 2002, although it wasn't brought to my attention that Corruption was occurring until later. On review of the 2002-31 Village Resolution and other documents, and evidence it is evident that the Corruption started with John (Mike) Davis became Mayor of the Village of Palm Springs. I became more personally involved with the Estancia Palm Springs project when Olivier Bibas attempted to Extort my property from me by painting a Red Line down the center of my roadway and threading to block off my property in 2003. I was still unaware of the Corruption when I went to Karl Umberger and Bette Lowe for help. They pretended to help. In 2005 the village passed Resolution 2005-42 which They Have Failed To Enforce, I have photos of multiple business practices allowed The Estancia Palm Springs and other Contractors that others would not have been allowed to get away with. Including a Play Wood Plywood Soil Retainer wall, a Concrete Bag and Modified Wall that was dangerously allowed. Please contact me if you want to know more.
