During this period of my professional career I have worked on the phone and email support channels, handling customer queries from South Africa, UK and Ireland.As I am passionate about the Sony PlayStation products, helping fellow players was a job I enjoyed greatly. The support I’ve offered ranged from software queries, like account management, handling payment and subscription queries to hardware queries like offering troubleshooting and arranging repairs for our customers.

Frontline Customer Representative at Monzo Bank. Working for an internet bank was a great experience as I was able to learn a lot about how banking works.Getting a deeper knowledge in the banking terms and policies of Monzo helped me better understand finances and how to manage them.I have started my Monzo journey in December of 2021 as a Customer Representative for it’s main support channel, which was chat. Our customer base was exclusively made up by UK citizens, as a UK citizenship is a requirement for banking at Monzo. During my time here I managed to interact with a very high number of clients and learned to resolve even the most unusual queries. While I highly enjoyed this professional period with Monzo, in December of 2022 I have got another offer from Sony PlayStation, which I took happily seeing as another opportunity to improve myself and gain professional skills.

I have experience in being both a Sales and a Technical Support agent working for the brand Hewlett Packard. When it comes to being a Sales agent I have experience in both Consumer and Commercial sales. My sales results were the highest ranking in five consecutive months as a result of being confident and trustworthy in the eyes of my clients. I learned at an early stage that when you prioritize the customer rather than yourself, your results will show that this is the way to approach things.During this period I have supported both consumers and businesses based in UK, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands and South Africa.
