Assisted Loan Officers and Mortgage consultants with the complete loan process. Working personally under Branch Manager and VP of mortgage lending Jason Bialek, I was given the opportunity to gain exposure to the entire loan process. Initially, I was given an extensive training period that provided me the opportunity to gain 10 Guaranteed Rate certifications. Some of these certifications include asset valuation, credit analysis, property taxes, income fundamentals, among others covering loan products. Throughout my time at Guaranteed Rate, I excelled working within a POD, stepping into various roles to ensure an efficient loan process. I was tasked with various opportunities to represent Guaranteed Rate at sponsored events, allowing me to gain exposure working directly with potential clients and Realtors. Additionally, I was tasked with networking and maintaining contact information for over 300 leads and past customers.
