I have always enjoyed working with young people, helping them to discover what their passions are and what inspires them in life. There is a satisfaction in knowing that you may have helped to put a young person on the right path towards reaching their goals, what ever they might be. I would say that I have had the great fortune for the majority of my career to have worked with some remarkable and brilliant young people who have come from a variety of socio-economic, racial and ethnic backgrounds. Working in traditional and non-traditional settings from suburban to urban backdrops and city or rural areas, have given me such a unique perspective on just how different AND similar young people are. In the end, young people just need for someone to believe in them. I have had briefs stops working for a variety industries which I believe has helped me to develop my professional skills in communication, organization, and leadership. I am adaptable to any work situation/environment and have the ability to work with independently or within a team structure.
