This was a large multi-practice firm with over 200 attorneys (which made it a top ten sized firm in Canada at the time). I was the only first year attorney hired in decades to litigate in general division solo - I also won and the counterclaim was dismissed. Handled multiple motions and pleadings. Work split equally between litigation and solicitor related work (contracts, employment agreements, union negotiations, benefits and payroll advice). Left FMC to join EY.
