My position at Hatch Mott MacDonald was forever changing. As the office continued to grow so did my responsibilities while yet never losing focus on the core objectives;.educate others about HMM, develop strategic partnering, obtain long term contracts and provide leadership for the Chicago region. I achieved these core objecives by; taking PRIDE in my company and my work, working ethically, being assertive, and always keeping the client's needs in mind.

I held three postions during my tenure at Patrick Engineeirng; Manager of EPCM, Manager of the Facilities and Infrastructure group and the lead of the railroad group. I also had corporate duties of leading a technology task force, chairperson for the business development advisory committee and cordianted the findings for the six advisory committees.

Held increasingly higher positions of authority on projects: field technician in charge of quantities, office design technician on a design team, survey crew chief in charge of six survey crews, assistant project manager, project manager and senior project manager.
