• Hire, train, develop and lead a team of IT professionals that maintains the continuity of operation of 3,000 users dispersed in 14 countries serving clients such as HSBC, BBVA, Citi, Motorola, Google, Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft, Amazon.• Establish and maintain a productive relationship with managers and the technical team to improve IT solutions.• Monitor and improve the team's ability to meet and exceed established SLAs.• Develop and maintain policies, procedures and processes, which have allowed obtaining ISO 9000 certifications in Facilities Management in Mexico and Colombia.• Implement and document a business continuity plan for critical functions, tested during earthquakes, pandemics, and a plane crash.• Lead the IT implementation in the new JLL offices in the region. The Monte Pelvoux office was considered in Mexico as the project of the year 2020.• Manage IT projects: transitions of new clients, migration of services to servers to the cloud, RFP of regional communications services, implementation of corporate image throughout the region.• Manage an annual CAPEX budget of USD$1M and OPEX of USD$3M for the region. Savings of up to USD$150K per year that have been obtained thanks to agreements reached with suppliers.

Mexico

• Manage the basic services of two HSBC buildings for 4,000 people with a total of 430K sqf, achieving compliance with the service level agreements established with our client.• Collaborate in the establishment of their sustainability programs.• Participate in the implementation of the Honeywell Building Management System (BMS) and other technologies in the HSBC building in TecnoParque to establish and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Belice, Panama

• Formally organize the IT department in Central America to serve P&G as a new global customer.• Manage compliance with the service level agreements established in the contract between HP and P&G in Central America (1 corporate office, 8 satellite offices and 6 distribution centers in 7 countries).• Manage IT projects in Central America with the Latin America office (PMO) based in Mexico.• Lead IT projects in P&G Central America: New offices, remodeling of offices and data centers, implementation of new technologies.• Establish and manage the relationship with suppliers and obtain savings of over US$50K in the OPEX and CAPEX budgets of P&G and HP that represented savings of 20%.

• Successfully lead various Information Technology projects in Mexico and Central America: SAP implementation in Mexico and Central America. Implementation of radio frequency in distribution centers in Merida and Mexicali. Implementation of VPN and VoIP in the offices of Mexico and Central America. System transition and implementation in brands acquired by P&G, such as Clairol.• Carry out an inventory of services in Central America to remove unnecessary services in the region with savings of USD$150K.
