 I have 28 years of comprehensive experience in managing the Health and Safety, Environment Management System of petrochemical industry and chlorine alkali industry. I am an expert in solving Rubik’s Cube-like problems. During the beginning years of my career life, I persisted in safety inspection and audit at the first place to identify many hidden dangers in the workplace, and I persuaded many of my bosses who were negligent and obsessed in parsimony in safety management. What is more, I sounded the alarm for them and enhanced their senses of realizing the importance of HSE management. I am the lighthouse for lost ships in terms of strong leadership. By improving my team members’ self-awareness of the HSE management, the HSE teams in subsidiaries are all becoming rigorous, professional, and dedicated. Under my leadership, they keep job briefings fluent and efficient. In addition, I often relieve their daily office pressure by providing total support when they encounter difficulties and inspiring them by sharing my past experiences of solving problems at work and sometimes a little joke. I am the “Michael Jordan” of safety management in my current company. I was frequently invited by the China National Safety Administration to participate many petrochemical safety audit projects in the following stages: detailed engineering design, safe guards design, pre-start, and completion acceptance, for the subsidiaries of SINOPEC Group, CNPC Group and SINOCHEM Group. Recently, I am authoring and editing the national registered safety engineer training guide book for China Academy of Safety Science and Technology.
