Provided customer service by assisting with bike fittings, ensuring bikes were in proper working condition before rentals, and translating for tourists. Contributed to the shop’s reputation for reliability and quality service and gained hands-on experience in customer interaction, time management, and the basic aspects of bicycle maintenance.
