David is a founding partner and CEO of ZM Nehasim. Founded in 2010, ZM Nehasim specializes in acquisitions and management of income producing real estate assets. This includes offices, apartments, as well as shops. We represent exclusive groups of investors from Israel and abroad. We have recently commenced the development of our own proprietary software for our own use and soon, for public consumption as well. Our software will greatly increase asset management efficiency and optimize processes.
