•Manage all responsibilities from shipping and receiving, cycle counting, warehouse set up, inventory management items, and warranty claims•Training of new and existing members of the team•Extensive knowledge of inventory items and RMA procedures with HP, CITRIX, Cisco, Dell, F5, and Juniper•Serve as product knowledge resources to all associates in the DC.

•Manage the day to day assignments of tasks/ticket•Responsible for updating and scrubbing the Receiving Teams Ticket Queue•Assist in the training of new and existing members of the team•Shipping and receiving equipment, accurately recording asset information, maintaining accurate inventories of spare server parts, network equipment, as well as cables and consumables•Extensive knowledge of inventory items with HP, Cisco, Dell, F5, Sun Microsystems, and Juniper•Work directly with MSN Asset Management Team, Site Services and Data Center Customers, helping to resolve issues, complete assigned tasks and will be communicating over phone and email throughout the day.

•Perform schedules physical counts of inventory stored in assigned locations•Research and resolve inventory discrepancies involving products and quantities•Identify and resolve basic configuration issues to ensure safe and efficient storage of product
