I am a highly credentialed Senior Insurance and Risk Management Professional with over 23 years in the industry, having proven capability in the management of People, Portfolio and Change.Commencing my insurance career in 2001, I have worked in almost all facets of the industry across Claims Management, Medical Indemnity and Client Engagement on the insurer side, before moving into the Corporate and Commercial Broking sphere for the past 17 years.As a Branch Manager I held responsibility for its growth, strategy and direction of a local office (part of a national insurance brokerage), whilst also facilitating the mentoring, professional and personal development of the Broking, Assistant Broking and Administration Teams.As a Senior Account Manager of varying persuasions I have had exposure to an incredibly broad range of clients with a diversity of requirements - very large Multinational business, Commercial Property Owners, Hard to Place, Government, Transport & Logistics, Not for Profit, Professional, Association, Food and Beverage, Aviation, General Commercial, SME, Scheme and Facility business.In my working career, I’ve found the support of competent, professional and experienced colleagues has proved invaluable.
