- Advising clients on their marketing campaigns.- Troubleshooting and addressing technical, creative, financial and campaign setup related advertiser requests. - Escalating the performance related questions internally,- Educating advertisers on Criteo's Management Center functionality and best practices, partnering with our product teams to deliver feedback to enhance and evolve Criteo's platform,- Providing an operational service to our clients by applying SLAs,- Working with partner teams (Technical Solutions, Creative Services) to escalate client requests, - CRM user, proficient in updating fields, creating and managing Insertion Orders- Tracking the customer support efficiency metrics (reply time, resolution time, CSAT) etc.

- Liaising with partner schools internationally for enrolment, confirmation, flight details, accommodation and transfer documents- Training newcomers-Processing bookings (CRM)- Invoicing bookings- Ensuring receipt of payments- Sending travel documents to clients-Keeping up with local and international news/politics to be informed of any events happening in major cities-Handling booking changes
