Full P&L Responsibility for the Strategic Direction, Sales, Operations, Financial Mgt. etc., of the CR&O and Distribution Group, expanding the Group from (2) to three (3) Operating Divisions, increasing Top-line Sales from $32M p.a. to $110M p.a. & bottom-line Profitability from $3M to >$10+M, over 4-years . Held Full P&L Responsibility for generating & expanding Domestic & International Sales, while employing >320 Managerial, Sales, Engineering & Production staff. Significantly expanded PAA’s Business Jet, Commercial Aircraft & Military Aircraft customer base consisting of BizJet OEMs (Bombardier, Learjet, Dassault, Embraer, Textron & Dornier), as well as Commercial Aircraft OEMs (Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, Embraer) across The Americas, Europe, Baltic States, Russia, Middle East, China, Singapore – in addition to supporting Military Aircraft OEMs (Bell, L-3, Northrup Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky etc.), for DoD. Opened new Markets, significantly increasing Sales, including the winning of B737 Series Landing Gear R&O Contracts for several Domestic & International Airlines - increasing the initial contract from $40M to >$100M+ Sales over 4 yrs. Led the Acquisition of a profitable Miami-based Avionics & Instruments company followed by the implementation & expansion of Corridor ERP/MRP Systems integrated with MS Dynamics into both Florida Operating Divisions, followed by the full installation of Quantum ERP for Parts Sales into PAA Atlanta. Achieved Full Certification & Approval of AS9100, AS9110 & AS9120 Quality Management Systems, including the implementation of completely new and/or revised Company Policies & Procedures.
